Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Eventkaki, an event management platform operated by Techlaju Sdn Bhd. By accessing Eventkaki, creating an event, registering for an event, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms.

Eventkaki's Role

Eventkaki is a technology platform and product brand by Techlaju Sdn Bhd. We provide software tools for event publishing, registration, payment tracking, communication, reporting, and on-site operations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eventkaki and Techlaju Sdn Bhd are not the organiser, promoter, host, sponsor, owner, operator, or manager of events listed on the platform. Each event is organised and managed by its respective event organiser.

Event Organiser Responsibility

Event organisers are responsible for their event details, pricing, schedules, eligibility rules, venue arrangements, safety requirements, fulfilment, communications, cancellations, postponements, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

Eventkaki is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, quality, safety, legality, delivery, cancellation, postponement, or conduct of any event listed through the platform.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for reviewing event details, organiser terms, event-specific terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, refund rules, and all information shown before completing registration or payment.

Payments and Registrations

Eventkaki may support registration and payment workflows for events. Payment availability, pricing, payment methods, registration acceptance, and refund eligibility may depend on the organiser's configuration and policies.

A registration confirmation, payment status, receipt, or registration slip generated through Eventkaki does not make Eventkaki the organiser of the event or responsible for event delivery.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep Eventkaki reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or platform improvement.

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse Eventkaki, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, submit false or misleading information, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventkaki and Techlaju Sdn Bhd are not liable for losses, claims, damages, disputes, injuries, cancellations, postponements, refunds, organiser actions, participant conduct, venue issues, third-party service failures, or event-related matters arising from events listed on the platform.

Our responsibility is limited to providing and maintaining the Eventkaki platform as a software service, subject to these Terms and any separate written agreement with an organiser.

Third-Party Services

Eventkaki may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, email services, hosting providers, analytics tools, or operational tools. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eventkaki after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.
