Eventkaki Is Not the Event Organiser

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eventkaki and Techlaju Sdn Bhd are not the organiser, promoter, host, sponsor, owner, operator, or manager of events listed on the platform. Events are organised and managed by their respective event organisers.

Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, transfer rules, substitution rules, and no-show treatment are set by the relevant event organiser and any event-specific terms shown during registration.

Refund Requests

Participants should contact the relevant event organiser for refund requests or event-specific payment disputes. Eventkaki may provide platform records to support the organiser's review, but the organiser remains responsible for deciding and processing refunds unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.

Platform and Payment Fees

Platform fees, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, administrative charges, or other third-party charges may be non-refundable, depending on the organiser's policy, payment provider rules, and any applicable agreement.

Event Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, changed, or cancelled, the organiser is responsible for communicating available options to participants. Eventkaki is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, replacement, venue changes, programme changes, or organiser decisions.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a technical payment issue occurs, Eventkaki may help check platform records and payment status. Any reversal, refund, or settlement remains subject to payment provider processing, bank timelines, organiser approval, and applicable policies.

No Automatic Refund Guarantee

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refunds, where approved, may take time to process and may be returned through the original payment channel or another method determined by the organiser or payment provider.
